  • Having a website Support Plan simplifies the process of developing your site. We bill by the minute (if it’s outside your plan), not by the hour, allowing you to use your time for any task you need.


  • Simply submit a request via a call, and we’ll follow up to clarify any details (if necessary). Then, we’ll inform you of the estimated time required for the task and our availability (usually same-day). We’ll complete the work and notify you when it’s finished.


  • The exact number of minutes will be deducted from your monthly allowance. You can top-up your support at any time for £1 plus VAT per additional minute. Adjust your plan up or down whenever you need, and you can cancel at any time with just one month’s notice.
