Our latest development – Membership Websites

We are proud to launch our first stage of Membership Websites. The ability to have different members content available to differing members with each member having their own log in.

Schools, Corporations and other types of groups sometimes need to personalise content per user or groups of users. We provide a secure log in page from your website to secure content “hidden” behind closed doors and available to those only with a log in to view that content.

In short Membership sites allow our clients to offer exclusive content to their registered members. With Membership, you can create customised experiences, and offer exclusive content tailored for users logged into your site.

Who will benefit from this development?

Sites for online communities. Communities come in many shapes and forms. In essence, all communities are groups of people held together by a common interest. A Membership site is an excellent tool for your customers looking to establish a new community or interact with existing members of their community. By providing access to exclusive content such as newsletters, videos, and articles, your customers strengthen their relationship with their community members.

Internal initiatives for private groups or organisations. These are private networks, such as employee portals, designated Lead Generation sites. Lead generation is the process of gaining the interest of potential customers to increase future sales. It is a crucial part of the sales process of many companies.

Using Membership, you can create lead generation sites that can help our client capture email addresses. Users can later use these addresses to promote other products & services.to support an organisation's internal communications and to allow collaboration. With our Membership solution, website owners can approve and delete site members. This is especially handy when managing internal portals, where you might want to add new members to the portal and revoke access from former members.

Use case for an employee portal.

A business is required to create an internal employee portal for their business. This business wants different employees to have access to different site content.

With Access Groups, you can create a dedicated area for each type of employee. For example, regular employees will receive access to all company onboarding documents and guidelines. In addition, managers will also get access to financial reports and performance reviews.

Whether you are a golf club, a school, a Lifestyle Club, Gym, or any application where you would like to supply personalised information, our Membership offering might just be what you need.
