We have produced websites within days, it really does depend on the requirement. We would always advise though, approximately 15 - 25 days for a normal brochure type website. 

E commerce websites depend wholly on loading your products so expect to take a little longer. Of course, it does also depend on getting all of your information too.

Yes. You will either have an account manager as your single point of reference or an account director. Their remit is to act as a conduit between you our client and the services producing your website. 

Yes. Some of our clients want to be involved throughout the process, and that’s fine, and some want to be in at the closing stages. It's entirely up to you. We have technology that does allow you to see the build in all formats, desk top, iPad etc.

Normally, and especially if we are supplying domain-based e mail, we will host and manage your domain for you. Alternatively, we can work with your existing domain hoster without email. This is a little more time consuming an does incur a little cost.

We are with you all the way! You may have elected to have CMS training and we provide that online, free and it's unlimited. Thereafter some of our clients want us to take on a support management role of adding content regularly and we do this on an individual support package. 

We are always on hand to answer questions, change content and give advice.

We understand that you need to have options and we try to cater for everyone. Mostly though, a deposit kicks off the project, stage payments thereafter.

We also offer a monthly option, and this is dependent on the project value.
